We firmly believe that talented IT professionals, such as QA(i)3 employees, network with other talented resources. Therefore, we have created a unique program to encourage and reward referrals from our candidates, employees and strategic partners.
Referrals to Queen Associates for Consulting Opportunities:
If a candidate is referred and hired for consulting, contract or right to hire opportunities that are six (6) months in length, then a fee of $250.00-500.00 will be paid by Queen Associates, Inc. The fee is determined by the experience level needed for each specific position. This referral bonus is payable 45 days after the candidate’s start date.

Referrals to Queen Associates for Consulting Opportunities:
If a candidate is referred and hired for consulting, contract or right to hire opportunities that are six (6) month in length, then a fee of $150.00 will be paid by Queen Associates, Inc. This referral bonus is payable 45 days after the candidate’s start date.

Referrals to Queen Associates for Permanent Placement Opportunities:
If a candidate is referred and hired by a Queen Associates’ client for a permanent, full-time opportunity, then a fee of $500.00 will be paid by Queen Associates, Inc. This referral bonus is payable 90 days after the candidate’s start date.
